Our quick stop in Brugge in Belgium was definitely not enough time. Brugge is a beautiful town and it would have been fantastic to spend a couple of days there. Brugge is on my list of places I want to come back and see. We even got to have Belgium waffles!! They were delicious!

The ferry ride to Dover was pretty bumpy. I don't really get motion sickness from boats, however given that I was still pretty sick (I still had a sore throat and cough) I didn't feel the best.
Finally we started to see the white cliffs of Dover, so we knew that our tour was almost over.

Once we got back to London, the majority of us all said goodbye, however a few of us went out for dinner for the one last time.
The Topdeck tour has been a blast. Although it was 22 days in length, it felt like we had been away in Europe for months. I think it was because our days were jam-packed with sight seeing, eating good food and shopping.

So, to wrap it all up, I thought I would just do a quick summary of the highs and lows of the trip.
Best City/Country - Switzerland! I had so much fun going up to Mount Titlis and then on the train to Lucerne.
|Fun times in Switzerland|
Worst City - Pag Island. So boring as most things were closed (we really wanted to go bike riding). Plus it wasn't warm enough to go swimming, so there wasn't that much to do.
Most Surprising City - Prague. I had no idea what to expect in this city but it was really beautiful.
The City I Want To Go Back To - It's a tie between Berlin as I am interested in the history of the city but was too sick to really enjoy the sites, and Salzburg in Austria as the city was lovely with its cobblestone streets. I'd probably love to explore both Germany and Austria.
Most Over Rated City - Paris. Sorry Paris! You were just too busy and had too many long queues for my liking.
I would also have to say that one of the best things about the trip was the friends that I made. They were with me during the bad times, which was when I was really sick, and the good times, which was everything else.

The one thing that I didn't like was that the tour group size was way too big. A group of 46-48 people is way too many. It also meant that there were cliques that formed really quickly, which kinda of sucked as I wanted to get to know more people. Some of them also set up a Facebook page and only certain people were invited into the page, which I found just a tad bit immature.
But overall I did enjoy the tour. There were many laughs and I guessed we must have been good at sharing because everyone pretty much got the same flu bug that was going around.
Goodbye Topdeck. It was fun hanging out with you for 22 days!
