As many of you know, this is the last week of Round 3 of the 12 Week Body Transformation. Tomorrow is my last weigh-in, so I want to make sure that I have good results and I go out with a bang! I'm half way to my goal weight, but considering Round 4 is during the Festive Season, I want to make sure that I can get ahead now.
I've also been working hard because I had a bad weigh-in last week, which I wasn't surprised about either. Last weekend was Melbourne Cup Weekend, so B and I went away for the weekend to my in-laws holiday house along the Murray River. Now I did have good intentions - I was going to eat well and exercise everyday. I brought healthy food so that B and I could have healthy snacks. I also told myself that I wasn't going to drink any alcohol. We took our bikes, my 4kg weights, yoga mat and my new Bosu Ball. All I can say is that we did ride our bikes two out of the four days and we did eat our healthy food, but we did eat chocolate, dip, biscuits, McDonalds Sundae, KFC, and alcohol, just to name a few. So, when I weighed-in on the Wednesday I found out I had put on 1.7kg.
So, I have been working very hard to burn off everything that I had put on and try and lose a little more. Wednesday I had to go out with the family for dinner, but I left work a little early to burn before dinner. Thursday and Friday were the cross-trainer followed by a Cycle class. On Saturday I was supposed to train with some fellow 12WBTers but I didn't sleep well on Friday night, so I decided to give it a miss and catch up on sleep. Later that morning B and I went to the gym and we did another Cycle class plus CXWORX. Sunday was 60 minutes of cross-trainer. Monday was also cross-trainer and RPM class. RPM was painful as I could hardly move my legs. I was supposed to do CXWORX again, but I decided that I'd had enough for today.
Today at work we had Team Challenge, so I had to play indoor cricket at lunch. I didn't burn as many calories as I expected as I didn't get to field, I did a little bit of bowling and a little bit of batting. I was so bad at batting that I could only hit the ball once - I have bad eye-ball coordination, well for tennis balls anyway. And if your wondering, my team lost :(
Going to the gym tonight was hard as I was a little over it and I needed a break, but I had to go as its the last weigh-in tomorrow. I was supposed to leave work at 5.15, but I ended up leaving at 6.50 as I decided to help my sister in-law apply for a job. When I finally got to the gym I sat in the car for a while checking Facebook, my emails, The Age, etc. I didn't want to go to the gym.

And hopefully it will be enough to make the scales budge tomorrow so I can have an awesome final weigh in for Round 3!
